Medallian Card Gift Set!

Isn't it great when a card is simple to create, and beautiful! This card was created with one of my favorite stamps in the catalog... the Medallian background stamp! It was clear embossed on Rich Razzleberry In-Color cardstock. The sentiment is from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set, Whimsical Words, & punched with the 1 3/4" circle punch. I have seen many cards with the clear embossing, so it is not my unique idea. But, has become a favorite quick card technique of mine! And, it looks awsome with the rich colors of the Stampin' Up!'s In-colors. These current Stampin' Up! In-Colors will only be around until June 30th! So, if you haven't stocked up, now is a great time to get the cardstock & ink, with Sale-A-Bration!!! Free product for every $50 in merchandise purchases!

And, more about the project...here is what I did with these great cards...

I created a card folder using a sheet of 12 x 12 whisper white cardstock. Cut off approx. 4 inches, then scored horizontally at 6". Then scored vertically at 5 3/4 & 6 1/4 to make the folder. Decorated with Razzleberry Lemonaide designer paper, Polka-Dot Crushed Curry ribbon, exclusive Stampin' Up! Cherry Blossom embosslit die cut, & Stampin' Up! exclusive Little Leaves Sizzlit die cut. For a little bling, I added a Rhinestone Brad!

Here is a pic of the folder inside!

And, loook at all those rich colored cards! The sentiments were included seperate, in the Petal Card die cut (created from Velum). They can be added when a quick card is needed for a variety of occasions!
Thanks for visiting! Have a great day, and come back soon!!!

R.A.K. & Stampin' Up! Demonstrator Opportunity!

Happy Valentines Day to each of you! I received this gorgeous card from one of my downline, Wilma H.! Thanks, for the beautiful card!

Today I would to like to share my Stampin' Up! story. I attended a stamp camp during Sale-A-Bration in 2006! I instantly "fell in love" with card-making! I had been introduced to Stampin' Up! several years before, bought a few things. But, I never really learned how to use my goodies. Anyway, I think it was just the right time in my life for Stampin' Up! Our kids were older and didn't need me to transport them to sporting events, etc. I was ready to do something "just for me"! So, I signed up! I made lots of cards, and sold them to help recoup the cost of my starter kit. I was fortunate to get some workshops going, and with a lot of help from my family and with fabulous customers, I have continued my Stampin' Up! career. And, one of best benefits of my "fun job" is that I have met so many new people, and have made some great new friends!!!

Maybe now the right time in your' life for Stampin' Up! The starter kit is very reasonably priced and during Sale-A-Bration is 15% 0ff, plus you can select ANY STAMP SET IN THE CATALOG FREE!!! (OFFER GOOD THROUGH MARCH 31ST) You are not obligated to conduct workshops or make any additonal purchases. But, if you maintain quarterly sales of $300 you remain active! If you choose to drop, no problem! They have an awsome demonstrator web site with the new Stampin' Up! Connection. It is an exclusive community of Stampin' Up! demonstrators who share ideas, training videos, & project photos. I have learned soooo much from Stampin' Up! If you would like more information, feel free to contact me. I would be happy to share any information I can and would love to have you join my Stamp Patch team!

Valentines Day Treat Basket

Wow, Valentine's Day is 1 week away!!! I always love to create Valentine's Day projects, and I think thus far, this one is my favorite!
I was surfing creative blogs (one of my favorite pastimes) when I came accross Lisa Eisner's blog. She created the most adorable Easter projects which I just had to try out. And, I will be trying the cute little candy boxes for Easter. I have seen these little baskets on splitcoaststampesr, and I thought it would make a great Valentine's Day project! Here is my version... And, for the valentine candy, I made a sleeve out of coordinating paper.
Ingredients: Best Wishes & More stamp set, Real Red classic ink, Real Red, Pretty In Pink, & Whisper White Cardstock. Sending Love Specialty designer paper, Extra Large Fancy Flower Punch, 1" circle punch, Full Heart Punch, Rhinestone Brads, Pretty In Pink Satin Ribbon, White Grosgrain ribbon. All products, Stampin' Up!
I hope today's project has inspired you to create :)

Vintage Vogue Thoughts!

Hello Stampers!

I'm back again today with another card using fabulous new products :)

Today's card features my favorite new stamp set from the Stampin' Up! Occasion's Mini Catalog
...Vintage Vogue!!! I just love that vintage style! I have seen TONS of fabulous card samples from fellow demonstrators on the new Stampin' Up! Demo-Only Business Web Site! This card was inspired by many of those talented demonstrators!

On my card sample, I stamped the backgroung with various colors and stamps from the set, including So Saffron, Ballet Blue, Regal Rose, & Close to Cocoa. Then I wheeled the entire background in Certainly Celery with the Vintage Vogue Stampin' Around Wheel. Then, sponged the edges with Close to Cocoa. The sentiment is from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set, Whimsical Words. This set features 6 stamp sentiments for various occasions. And I love the mix of the script font & typed sentiments. The next step to the card was using 2 layered punches with silver brads for additional accent. The ribbon is Soft Suede Polka Dot. Card base is Kraft, with a layer of Soft Suede cardstock.

Thanks for visiting.
