Stampin' Up! is known for their awsome punches. This card is a great sample using several of them! What a great child's birthday card with a Sesame Street favorite...Elmo! With a few changes, you could make Big Bird (use oval punch for beak) Change the paper for his face to Pumpkin Pie, and you could make Oscar the Grouch, or Brilliant Blue to create Cookie Monster!
